Upon termination, access to services will cease, but these terms will remain in effect for matters occurring before termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration as a final resort

Significant changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
